Lots Lot 1 — 118 KliPrien BA3 - RoMed Klinik Prien am Chiemsee-Erneuerung Funktionsbau - 118-3246 WDVS: Insgesamt werden in drei Bereichen Neubau und Umbaumaßnahmen durchgeführt. Diese drei Bereiche werden in folgende Bauteile untergliedert: Neubau BTA - Neuer Funktionsbau mit Operationssäälen, Büros, usw. Technikzentrale auf der Decke über 2.OG als dritte und viertes Geschoss. BTB - Verbindungsgang, im Norden des Seebettenhauses verbindet dieser Stahlanbau über mehrere Geschosse die Bestandsgebäude und das Treppenhaus in der Ecke zum GHZ im Osten (seeseitig). GHZ - Gesundheitszentrum mit Röntgenanbau, die Verbindungsbrücke wird zwischen dem Neubau im OG2 (OP-Ebene) und dem GHZ an der Westseite installiert. Neubau BTA 1.660 m² WDVS + Putzarbeiten, Fassade + Außendecke 1.660 m² Außenmalerarbeiten, Fassade + Außendecke 3.300 m² Innenputzarbeiten BTB-Verbindungsgang 110 m² WDVS + Putzarbeiten, Fassade 110 m² Außenmalerarbeiten, Fassade 35 m² Innenputzarbeiten GHZ Röntgenanbau 100 m² WDVS + Putzarbeiten, Fassade 100 m² Außenmalerarbeiten, Fassade 290 m² Innenputzarbeiten
