Die Spiel- und Veranstaltungsstätte Kampnagel soll modernisiert und erweitert werden. Derzeit sind bereits zwei Gebäudekörper vorhanden, die Hallen haben bis zu zwei Obergeschossen sowie die Verwaltung mit bis zu 5 Obergeschossen. Die K7 ist als Neubau oberhalb der Hallen geplant. Beide Gebäude sollen über 2 Personen- und 2 Lastenaufzüge verbunden werden. Neben der Verwaltung entsteht die Residenz, ein freistehendes aufgeständertes Gebäude mit 6 Obergeschossen. Zur Erschließung der Residenz und der Verwaltung entsteht zwischen den Gebäuden ein Personenaufzug.

Lots Lot 1 — Personen- und Lastenaufzüge: Die Modernisierung und Erweiterung von Kampnagel erfolgt in mehreren Bauabschnitten. Die Aufzüge PA1, PA2, LA1 und LA3 gehören zum 1. Bauabschnitt. Die Fertigstellung und Übergabe an den Nutzer des 1. Bauabschnitts ist für Januar 2029 geplant. Die Fertigstellung des 2. Bauabschnittes, zu dem auch der Aufzug PA3 gehört, ist für März 2030 geplant. Das Leistungsverzeichnis Aufzug umfasst: - Personenaufzug PA1 mit 6 Haltestellen; - Personenaufzug PA2 mit 6 Haltestellen; - Personenaufzug PA3 mit 10 Haltestellen; - Lastenaufzug LA1 mit 5 Haltestellen; - Lastenaufzug LA3 mit 5 Haltestellen. Wesentliche Arbeiten: Werks und Montageplanung, Bemusterung, Fertigung, Lieferung, Montage, Abnahme, Gewährleistung und Wartungen.
