Die DGUV Prüfung (Deutsche Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung-Vorschrift) ist eine Unfall-verhütungsvorschrift. Diese sieht vor, dass alle elektrischen Betriebsmittel und elektri-schen Anlagen in regelmäßigen Abständen geprüft werden. Die Oberfinanzdirektion Baden-Württemberg - LZfD - ist aufgrund der DGUV gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet, eine entsprechende Prüfung in den regelmäßigen vorgeschriebenen Ab-ständen durchzuführen. Dabei ist zu prüfen, ob sich die Anlagen und Geräte im ordnungsgemäßen Zustand im Sinne der jeweils geltenden VDE-Bestimmungen befinden.
