Lots Lot 1 — Bundesstadt Bonn: Heiderhof - Planungsleistungen-Freianlagen: Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Objektplanungsleistungen für Freianlagen für die Erweiterung, den Umbau und die Sanierung der GGS Heiderhof in Bonn. Die Gemeinschaftsgrundschule Heiderhof besteht derzeit aus fünf Bestandsgebäuden sowie einem Interimscontainer. Um eine Drei-Zügigkeit von bis zu 300 Schülerinnen und Schülern am Standort sicherzustellen, soll die Grundschule Heiderhof durch einen Neubau erweitert werden, der eine Sporthalle inkl. Gymnastikraum und die Eingliederung der, bislang in Gebäudeteil C vorhandenen, Mensa beinhaltet. Die bestehende Sporthalle soll im Anschluss abgerissen werden. Die durch die Ausgliederung der Mensa freiwerdende Fläche, ermöglicht durch Umbaumaßnahmen die Unterbringung des zusätzlichen Raumbedarfs an Lern-, Arbeits- und Versorgungsräumen im Bestand. Für die Neubaumaßnahme soll ein hoher Vorfertigungsgrad geprüft werden. Durch das Vergabeverfahren soll ein Planungsbüro gefunden werden, das die folgenden Leistungen erbringt: Grundleistungen sowie ggf. Besondere Leistungen der LPH 1 bis 3 und 5 bis 9 gemäß § 39 HOAI Objektplanung Freianlagen Es ist vorgesehen die Leistungen stufenweise zu beauftragen. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Übertragung aller Leistungen besteht nicht.
