Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Planung, Herstellung und Lieferung von drei molchbaren Armaturengruppen (DN 600) für den Neubau einer Wasserstoffleitung im Abschnitt zwischen Leidingen und Dillingen.

Lots Lot 1 — Armaturengruppen (DN 600) inkl. Ausführungsplanung (mosaHYc): Ausschreibungsgegenstand ist die Planung, Herstellung und Lieferung von drei molchbaren Armaturengruppen (DN 600, durchgängig molchbar) für folgende Armaturenstationen: - Armaturenstation km 0,0 Leidingen (Übernahmeanlage): Armaturengruppe mit Option für Nachrüstung einer Gasdruckregel- und Messanlage (GDRMA). - Armaturenstation km 7,1 Kerlingen-Oberlimberg: Armaturengruppe - Armaturenstation km 16,5 Dillingen (Übergabeanlage): Armaturengruppe + Abgang für mobile Molchschleuse Zum Leistungsumfang des Auftragnehmers (AN) gehören insbesondere: - Ausführungsplanung, u.a.: Auslegung und Berechnung der zu verwendenden Bauteile nach AD 2000 bzw. DVGW G463, Erstellung von CAD-Zeichnungen, Tragwerksplanung für die standsichere Gründung der Armaturengruppen und sonstigen Komponenten - Beschaffung aller Komponenten und Vormontage der betriebsbereiten Armaturengruppen. - Durchführung von Dichtheitsprüfungen und ISO-Tests vor Auslieferung - Transport der vorgeprüften Armaturengruppen einschl. aller Komponenten zum jeweiligen Einbauort (Stationsflächen) - "Lieferung frei Baustelle einschließlich Entladen"
