Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Ertüchtigung und Erweiterung der bestehenden MSR-/GA-Technik des Green IT-Cube und die Systemanpassung an den für GSI und FAIR eingeführten Systemstandard. Die vorhandene Automatisierungstechnik ist auf die für GSI und FAIR eingeführte, aktuelle und zukunftsfähige Systemplattform zu migrieren. Dabei sind die bestehenden Steuerungs-, Regelungs-, Überwachungs- und Bedienfunktionen zu übernehmen und erforderliche Anpassungen und Erweiterungen entsprechend dem aktuellen Anlagenstand umzusetzen. Gemäß dem Leistungsverzeichnisses.
Lots Lot 1 — Ertüchtigung & Erweiterung der MSR-Technik-Green IT-Cube: Zum Leistungsumfang gehören insbesondere: - Bestandsaufnahme und Prüfung der vorhandenen MSR-Technik, - Werk- und Ausführungsplanung, - Schaltschrankbau bzw. Schaltschrankumbau, - Lieferung und Montage der erforderlichen Automatisierungskomponenten, - Migration der bestehenden Automatisierungsstationen, - Übernahme und Anpassung der vorhandenen Steuerungs- und Regelungsfunktionen, - Programmierung der Automatisierungsstationen, - Programmierung der Kopfstation, - Herstellung der erforderlichen Kommunikationsverbindungen, - Integration der WE06, - Integration in Desigo CC, - Erstellung und Anpassung der Anlagenbilder, - Übernahme und Anpassung von Meldungen, Betriebszuständen und Bedienfunktionen, - erforderliche Verkabelungs- und Verdrahtungsarbeiten, - Prüfung und Inbetriebnahme, - Funktionstests, - Einweisung des Betreiberpersonals, - Erstellung der vollständigen technischen Dokumentation, - Übergabe sämtlicher erforderlicher Projekt-, Programmier- und Anlagendaten, - Lieferung sämtlicher für den Betrieb erforderlicher Einmal- und Runtime-Lizenzen. - Aktualisieren der Informationslisten - Überprüfung und Festlegung der Einstellwerte für Soll- und Führungsgrößen - Teilnahme an vereinbarten gewerkespezifischen Besprechungen - Abstimmung und Festlegung von Art und Umfang von Vorleistungen - Funktionsbeschreibung, Zuordnungsliste, AG Aufbau, Stückliste und Feldgeräteliste - Stand der Datenpunktliste Weitere Details entnehmen Sie bitte der Leistungsbeschreibung.
