Rahmenvereinbarung Neubau und Rückbau von Grundwassermessstellen

Lots Lot 1 — Rahmenvertrag Neubau und Rückbau von Grundwassermessstellen (estimated 7800000): Die Staatliche Betriebsgesellschaft für Umwelt und Landwirtschaft (BfUL) betreibt im Auftrag des Landesamtes für Umwelt, Landwirtschaft und Geologie (LfULG) das gewässerkundliche Messnetz des Freistaates Sachsen im Grundwasser. Zu diesem Zweck sind Messstellen zu warten, zu pflegen, neu zu errichten oder zurückzubauen. Das LfULG plant in Zusammenarbeit mit der BfUL dieses Messnetz weiter auszubauen und im Zeitraum 2027 bis 2029 ca. 126 Grundwassermessstellen (ca. 42 Messstellen pro Jahr) neu errichten zu lassen. Diese Grundwassermessstellen sollen der Verdichtung und Qualifizierung des bestehenden Messnetzes dienen und Daten zur Beschaffenheit sowie zum Stand des Grundwassers in den verschiedenen Grundwasserkörpern liefern. Der geschätzte Auftragswert der insgesamt zu vergebenden Bauleistungen wird mit ca. 7,8 Mio € angegeben. Mit Abschluss der Rahmenvereinbarung erhält der Bieter noch im IV. Quartal 2026 den Auftrag für die Errichtung der ersten ca. 42 Messstellen im Jahr 2027. Die Beauftragung der Bauleistungen für die Jahre 2028 und 2029 zur Errichtung weiterer ca. 84 Messstellen (ca.42/a) kann erst nach Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Finanzmittel über den Doppelhaushalt 2027/2028 des Freistaates Sachsen erfolgen. Die Aufgabe besteht in der Errichtung von Grundwassermessstellen (GWM) als Grundwasserbeobachtungsrohr (GWBR) mit oberirdischem oder unterirdischem Abschluss. Im Einzelfall besteht die Aufgabe im Rückbau von Alt-Grundwassermessstellen (Alt-GWM), welche als Über- / Unterflurmessstellen vorhanden sind und sich im unmittelbaren Umfeld der Neubaumaßnahme befinden.
