Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Rohbauarbeiten für den Neubau des Wasserwerks der Stadt Wendlingen am Neckar (Neckarstraße 63, 73240 Wendlingen a.N.). Das Gesamtbauvorhaben umfasst eine Lager- und Fahrzeughalle, das Wasserwerk sowie ein Verwaltungsgebäude. Wesentliche Leistungen: Spezialtiefbau: Herstellung von Rammschotterpfählen (RSP), Erdaushub (Homogenbereiche E2–E4) und Grundwasserhaltung. Erd-, Entwässerungs- & Kanalarbeiten: Rohrgrabenaushub, Leitungsverlegung und Straßenquerungen. Rohbau & Betonarbeiten: Fundamente, Bodenplatten, Wände und Decken. Ausführung wasserundurchlässiger Betonbauteile (WU, BK 1 / NK A) sowie Sichtbeton (SB2). Asphaltarbeiten: Hof-, Stellplatz- und Verkehrsflächen.
