Lots Lot 1 — Johannes-Selenka-Schule - Allgemeine Sanierung - Rohbauarbeiten_MS: Art und Umfang der Leistung: Die Stadt Braunschweig plant eine umfassende Sanierung des Schulgebäudes der Johannes-Selenka-Schule am Inselwall 1A. In diesem Zuge wird der Ernährungsbereich ganzheitlich umstrukturiert. Die neue Lehrküche erhält eine neue Küchenausstattung inkl. Grundriss-Anpassungen und Verlegung neuer Grundleitungen. An zentraler Position wird zur Schaffung der Barrierefreiheit ein Glas-Aufzug integriert. Zur Herstellung der Deckendurchbrüche sind die Geschossdecken mit Stahlbetonunterzügen abzufangen. Weitere Maßnahmen im Bestand bedingen weitere Abfangungen und Rohbaumaßnahmen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst: ca. 200m Schneiden von Sohlplatten, Bodenbelägen und Geschossdecken ca. 95m² Abbruch von Geschossdecken in Kleinflächen ca. 88 m² Abbruch von Mauerwerkswänden ca. 90 m KS-Fertigteilstürze zur Abfangung nachträglich herzustell. Tür-Öffnungen ca. 70 m² Herstellung neuer KS-Innenwände ca. 50 m Profilstahlträger zum Abfangen der Lasten über neuen Öffnungen ca. 125 m KS-Wandvorlagen zur Herstellung von Auflagerflächen von Unterzügen ca. 75 m Stahlbetonunterzüge im Bestand, inkl. KS-Aufmauerung bis UK RD 1 Stk. Aufzugsunterfahrt als WU-Konstruktion ca. 5,2 t Betonstabstahl ca. 13 m Rückbiegeanschlüsse ca. 60 m Herstellung von Grundleitungen im Bereich der neuen Lehrküche Abdichtungsarbeiten
