Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Roh- sowie die Tiefbauarbeiten für die Errichtung eines viergruppigen Neubaus einer Kindertagesstätte mit Teilunterkellerung und vorgelagertem Innenhof in Grafschaft-Ringen, Heppinger Straße. Das Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst zudem auch die erforderlichen Entwässerungsarbeiten entsprechend den beschriebenen Leistungen und Positionen. Für die Baumaßnahme liegt ein Baugrundgutachten vor. Das Gutachten wird den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügt und ist bei der Kalkulation und Ausführung zu berücksichtigen. Die abfalltechnische Bewertung des anstehenden Bodens wurde im laufenden Jahr entsprechend den aktuell geltenden Vorgaben erneuert und ist Bestandteil der Vergabeunterlagen.
