Die Hauptverwaltung der BG BAU wird umgebaut und modernisiert. Gegenstand der Bauleistung sind die erweiterten Rohbauarbeiten im Altbau.

Lots Lot 1 — Stahlbeton- und Mauerwerksarbeiten (Altbau): Die Hauptverwaltung der BG BAU wird umgebaut und modernisiert. Der Umfang der Arbeiten erstreckte sich in einer ersten übergeordneten Bauphase auf die Entkernungs- und Sanierungsarbeiten in den Bauteilen (BT) "Altbau - AB" (Hausnummer 29-30), "Neubau - NB" (Hausnummer 28) und "Gartenhaus - GH" (im Innenhof). Die Baumaßnahmen in der ersten Bauphase werden seit April 2025 und noch bis zum 4. Quartal 2026 durchgeführt. Gegenstand der Bauleistungen sind Stahlbeton- und Mauerwerksarbeiten im Bauteil "Altbau" (Untergeschoss bis 5. Obergeschoss): — Beton- und Stahlbetonarbeiten (Beton-, Bewehrungs- und Schalungsarbeiten), — Mauerarbeiten (Durchbrüche herstellen, horizontale Durchbrüche für TGA, Wandöffnungen nachträglich schließen oder verkleinern), — Stahlbauarbeiten (im UG Träger und Stützen bzw. EG bis 5. OG Stahlträger), — Abbrucharbeiten (Beton, Stahlsteindecken, Mauerwerk). Ausführungszeiten (gem. dem zum Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung dieser Bekanntmachung geltenden Bauzeitenplan): 1. Kalenderwoche 2027 bis 21. Kalenderwoche 2027. Dies entspricht der Angabe zur Laufzeit unter Nr. 5.1.3.
