Lots Lot 1 — 011-300 NSE II Eckenausbau Stadion Essen, Hafenstraße 97A, 45356 Essen- hier Rohbauarbeiten: Gegenstand der Baumaßnahme ist die Erweiterung und Modernisierung des bestehenden Stadions zur Erhöhung der Zuschauerkapazität. Dies umfasst die Erweiterung und Modernisierung des bestehenden Stadions durch Schließung der Stadionecken mittels neuer Tribünenanlagen sowie die Erweiterung der Businesslounge im Bereich der Westtribüne. Die neuen Tribünenanlagen werden in die vorhandene Stadionstruktur integriert und orientieren sich hinsichtlich Konstruktion, Materialität und Gestaltung am Bestandsgebäude. Die Erweiterung der Businesslounge erfolgt als mehrgeschossiger Anbau in Stahlverbundbauweise. Die Erschließung der neuen Tribünen erfolgt über zusätzliche Zugänge und Rettungswege auf Ebene der bestehenden Stadionerschließung. Die vorhandenen Rampenanlagen bleiben erhalten und werden in die neuen Gebäudeteile eingebunden. Die Bauausführung erfolgt in mehreren Bauabschnitten unter Aufrechterhaltung des Stadionbetriebs. Mit diesem offenen Verfahren werden die Rohbauarbeiten ausgeschrieben.
