Lots Lot 1 — Sanierung Freibad Niederkrüchten - PVT-Anlage: Die Gemeinde Niederkrüchten plant die Sanierung des Freibades Am Kamp. Im Rahmen der Gesamtmaßnahme wird das bestehende 50-m-Betonbecken bauseits mit einer Edelstahlauskleidung saniert sowie das Kinderbecken vollständig neu errichtet. Ergänzend wird ein Spraypark als Wasserspielfläche installiert. Durch das Gewerk PVT-Anlage ist die Dachfläche des neuen Funktionsgebäudes mit einer photovoltaisch-thermischen Kollektoranlage (PVT) auszurüsten. Dazu gehören die Lieferung und Montage der PVT-Hybrid-Module einschließlich Unterkonstruktion, die Verrohrung des thermischen Kollektorkreises bis zur Übergabe an das Gewerk Heizung im Technikkeller, die Wechselrichter und die elektrische Verkabelung der Module, die Integration in die Erdungs- und Blitzschutzanlage sowie die permanente Absturzsicherung des Dachbereichs. Die PVT-Module dienen als Wärmequelle für die durch das Gewerk Heizung/Sanitär zu installierende Sole-Wärmepumpe; bei überschüssiger Wärmeleistung kann zusätzlich Wärme ins Beckenwasser eingebracht werden. Die erzeugte elektrische Energie ist vorrangig vor der thermischen Nutzung in das Gebäudeenergiesystem einzubinden (Priorisierung Strom vor Wärme). Grobmassen / Beschreibung der Beschaffung 118x PVT-Hybrid-Modul (Photovoltaik-Thermie, mind. 430 Wp) inkl. Unterkonstruktion für Sandwichpaneeldach; ca. 342 m Sammelleitung Edelstahl DN25 bis DN65 einschließlich Pressfittinge; 2x dreiphasiger String-Wechselrichter (18-25 kW, k5 MPPT-Eingänge) mit 2x Systemschrank; ca. 300 m PV-Solarkabel 1.500 V DC; Energiemanager/SPS mit Steuerungsschrank zur Priorisierung Strom/Wärme; DC-Überspannungsableiter, Erdungs- und Potenzialausgleichseinbindung sowie Anbindung an die Blitzschutzanlage; permanentes, überfahrbares Seilsicherungssystem (Absturzsicherung) für die Dachfläche.
