Gegenstand der Maßnahme ist die Durchführung eines „BewerbungsZentrum“ (BZ) gem. § 16 SGB II i. V. m. § 45 SGB III mit dem Ziel, erwerbsfähige Leistungsberechtigte (eLb) durch individuelle Unterstützung und gezielte Angebote im Bewerbungsprozess zu fördern – insbesondere bei der Erstellung von professionellen Bewerbungsunterlagen und Vorbereitung auf Vorstellungsgespräche – und dadurch ihre Chancen auf eine dauerhafte Eingliederung in ein sozialversicherungspflichtiges Beschäftigungsverhältnis deutlich zu verbessern. Es werden umfassende Angebote gemacht, die sich in Einzelcoachings und in regelmäßig stattfindenden Gruppenworkshops wiederfinden.
