Auf dem Messegelände der Stadt Dortmund entsteht zwischen der Strobelallee im Süden und dem Rheinlanddamm im Norden ein Neubau mit zwei Messehallen und einem Konferenzzentrum, die als Eingangsbauwerk-Süd und Verbindungsbau der Bestandshallen 4, 7 und 8 dienen sollen. Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags ist die Vergabeeinheit (VE) 04 Baulogistik.
Lots Lot 1 — Westfalenhallen Dortmund, Bauvorhaben Südhallen, VE04 Baulogistik: Auf dem Messegelände der Stadt Dortmund entsteht an der Strobelallee ein Neubau mit zwei Messehallen und einem Konferenzzentrum mit mehr als 50.000m² BGF. Die Vergabeeinheit V04 Baustelleneinrichtung und Logistik beinhaltet dafür folgende Leistungen: Baulogistikplanung, Baulogistikpersonal, Zutrittskontrolle und Verkehrssteuerung mittels Onlineavisierung und Beschilderung, Kamerabewachung, Stellung und Bewirtschaftung von Containeranlagen, Durchführung einer zentralen Entsorgungslogistik, diverse Schutz- und Verschlussmaßnahmen. Die Leistungen sind ab voraussichtlich Mitte Dezember für einen Zeitraum von voraussichtlich 50 Monate zu erbringen.
