Das Land Sachsen-Anhalt möchte für die LLG Iden (Landesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Gartenbau Sachsen-Anhalt) die Überbetriebliche Ausbildungsstätte (im Folgenden "ÜBS") modernisieren, um eine anerkannte überbetriebliche Ausbildungsstätte mit Strahlkraft über die Landesgrenzen des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt hinaus mit Vorbildfunktion für die gesamte Landwirtschaft aufzubauen. Der Bereich der Milchvieh- und Rinderhaltung soll neu errichtet und damit der Grundstock für eine moderne und zukunftsorientierte Milchviehhaltung gelegt werden. Kernstück der Stall-Anlage ist der technologische Prozess der Milchgewinnung und die hierin eingebundene Melktechnologie. Hier werden das automatische und das konventionelle Melken gelehrt. Vermittelt werden in weiteren Bereichen die Tierbehandlung, Tierbeurteilung, Klauenpflege, der Umgang mit Special-needs-Kühen sowie die Fütterung in Theorie und Praxis. Die maximale Gruppenstärke der Ausbildungskurse beträgt 12 Azubis und 1 bis 2 Ausbilder. Die technischen Anlagen sollen tiergerecht, langlebig und servicefreundlich sein. Die Arbeitssicherheit spielt bei der Praxisausbildung in der Vorbildfunktion eine große Rolle. Die hiesige Ausschreibung umfasst die Leistung der Baustelleneinrichtung.
