Lots Lot 1 — Baustelleneinrichtung - Umbau und Erweiterung Irmela-Wendt-Schule: Ausgeschrieben wird die Baustelleneinrichtung an der Irmela Wendt Schule in Lage Pottenhausen. Die Schule ist eine Grundschule mit dem Förderschwerpunkt Sprache. Der vorhandene Gebäudekomplex besteht aus folgenden Bauwerken: Der Altbau aus den 1970er Jahren, Erdgeschoss + nicht ausgebauter Dachraum (Satteldach) + Untergeschoss wird inkl. Keller abgebrochen. Der Erweiterungsbau von 1989, Ergeschoss mit Satteldach + Teilkeller bleibt bestehen. Der Container-Modulbauwerk aus den 1980er Jahren, Erdgeschoss + Flachdach, mit 2 Klassenräumen und Gruppenraum wird abgebrochen. Im Bereich der abgebrochenen Gebäudeteile und darüber hinausgehend wird ein Erweiterungsbau errichtet. Die Schule ist während der Bauphase nicht in Betrieb. Die Baustellenanfahrt erfolgt über die Krentruper Straße. Das Grundstück östlich (asphaltiert) wird im Schulbetrieb als Busvorfahrt genutzt und steht während der Bauphase als Lagerfläche zur Verfügung.
