Details

(1) Auftragsgegenstand ist ab dem 01.01.2027 die (endgültige) Entsorgung bezogen auf die folgenden Abfälle o Los 1 Altholz AIV, o Los 2 Boden und Steine + Bauschutt, sowie die o Übernahme von Abfällen an mindestens einer vom Auftragnehmer während der Vertragslaufzeit zur Verfügung zu stellenden und zu betreibenden Übernahmestelle, (Vor-)Behandlungsanlage oder Entsorgungsanlage, o Verwiegung (mit Dokumentation) der übernommenen Abfälle und o ggfs. Nachtransport (einschl. Anlieferung an ggfs. (einer) Entsorgungsanlage(n)) (2) Die Anlieferung bis zu der ersten vom Auftragnehmer benannten Übernahmestelle der Abfälle wird durch den Auftraggeber organisiert. (3) Dem Vertrag liegt das Werkvertragsrecht nach den §§ 631 ff. BGB zugrunde; die VOB/B ist in der jeweiligen Fassung Bestandteil des Vertrages.
