Der Stadtbetrieb Entwässerung Bergkamen (SEB) plant die Ingenieurarbeiten, für die Leistungsphasen 2-3, 5-8 und die örtliche Bauüberwachung für das Projekt " Kanalsanierung aus TVU 2024 " zu vergeben.
Lots Lot 1 — Ingenieurleistungen der Leistungsphasen 2-3 und 5-8 und örtliche Bauüberwachung; Kanalsanierung aus TVU 2024: Im Rahmen der SüwVo Abw. hat der SEB das im Planwerk kenntlichgemachte Gebiet des Kanalnetzes mittels Panoramo untersucht. (ca. 22 km Haltungen und ca. 670 Schachtbauwerke) Die Ergebnisse der TV - Untersuchung wurden anschließend einer automatisierten, sowie für die Schadensklasse 3-5 einer manuellen Schadensbewertung und Zustandsklassifizierung unterzogen. Die Ergebnisse sind dem beiliegenden Erläuterungsbericht zu entnehmen und gelten als Grundlagenermittlung. Im Zuge der zu vergebenden Ingenieurarbeiten sollen alle Haltungen und Schächte der Schadenklasse 4-5 einer genaueren und detaillierten Sanierungsplanung unterzogen werden. In der Sanierungsplanung sollen sowohl Reparatur- Renovierungs- und Erneuerungsmaßnahmen betrachtet werden. Der SEB geht von einem Renovierungsumfang von ca.3/4 per Schlauchliner aus, hinzukommen ggf. Reparatur, eventuelle Erneuerungsmaßnahmen sowie Schachtsanierungen.
