Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Lieferung und betriebsbereite Übergabe 4MN-Prüfeinheit

Lots Lot 1 — 4MN-Prüfeinheit: Lieferung und betriebsbereite Übergabe einer leistungsstarken Prüfeinheit für hochzyklische Ermüdungsversuche einschließlich Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Einweisung/Schulung. Der Prüfstand besteht aus einem steifen 4-Säulen-Belastungsrahmen inklusive eines hydrostatisch gelagerten Differentialprüfzylinders, der sowohl einen servohydraulischen als auch einen energieschonenden pulsatorgetriebenen Betrieb der Prüfeinheit ermöglicht. Zur Einheit gehört ein passender hydraulischer Pulsator. Diese Komponenten sollen dauerhaft und kraftschlüssig auf einer aktiv schwingungsisolierten massiven Maschinenbasis angeordnet werden. Die Prüfeinheit muss ein von der Umgebung entkoppeltes Feder-Dämpfer-System bilden, damit die bei den zyklischen Versuchen zwangsläufig entstehenden Erschütterungen bestmöglich von der Umgebung isoliert werden.
