Sollte ein Leistungsmerkmal dauerhaft nicht verfügbar sein, so ist ein Ersatz anzubieten mit mindestens dem gleichwertigen Leistungsumfang. Diese Positionen sind entsprechend zu kennzeichnen. Der Auftragnehmer garantiert für die Kompatibilität und Plausibilität der angebotenen Produkte und bietet diese ausschließlich in der aktuellsten Version an.
