Details
Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Lieferung und, soweit erforderlich, Montage von Möblierung für die neu errichteten Lernbereiche im Johannes-Sturmius-Gymnasium in Schleiden. Die neu geschaffenen Flächen sollen künftig als flexible Lern-, Arbeits- und Aufenthaltsbereiche im Schulbetrieb genutzt werden. Zur funktionsgerechten Ausstattung werden hierfür geeignete Sitz- und Arbeitsmöglichkeiten benötigt. Die Beschaffung umfasst insbesondere Tische, Stühle, Sitzbänke sowie ergänzende Möblierungselemente in mobiler und fest installierter Ausführung.
Lots Lot 1 — Lieferung und Montage, Möblierung offener Lernbereich: Es sollenflexible Lern-, Arbeits- und Aufenthaltsbereiche für den Schulbetrieb entstehen. Zur funktionsgerechten Ausstattung werden hierfür geeignete Sitz- und Arbeitsmöglichkeiten benötigt. Die Beschaffung umfasst insbesondere Tische, Stühle, Sitzbänke sowie ergänzende Möblierungselemente in mobiler und fest installierter Ausführung. Bedingungen für die Ausführung des Auftrags: Eine 3-jährige Herstellergarantie ohne zusätzliche Kosten ist im Angebot zu kalkulieren. Die Lieferung der Möbel erfolgt unter Rücknahme der Verpackung spätestens bis zum 22.12.2026 komplett montiert bis zum Arbeitsplatz. Ferner sind zu die Vordrucke zur Eigenerklärung nach §19 MiLoG und zu den Sanktionen gegen Russland zu beachten.
