Kauf eines fabrikneuen, modular erweiterbaren Rasterkraftmikroskop (Atomic Force Microscope, kurz AFM)

Lots Lot 1 — DFG Großgerät Rasterkraftmikroskop: Das System soll für hochauflösende Oberflächencharakterisierung sowie für quantitative Untersuchungen der mechanischen, adhäsiven, tribologischen und elektrischen Eigenschaften von Partikeln, Fasern, Membranen, beschichteten Oberflächen und biologischen Proben eingesetzt werden. Von besonderer Bedeutung sind Kraftspektroskopie, lokale Nanomechanik, Adhäsions- und Reibungsmessungen sowie Untersuchungen einzelner Zellen und Partikel in Flüssigkeiten. Die Messdaten sollen unter anderem zur Parametrisierung und Validierung physikalischer Kontakt-, Adhäsions- und Deformationsmodelle sowie zur Modellierung partikulärer Systeme verwendet werden.
