Die Große Kreisstadt Dippoldiswalde, im Landkreis Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge, schreibt im Rahmen der Sanierung und Erweiterung der Oberschule Schmiedeberg die Gerüstarbeiten aus. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Errichtung, Vorhaltung und Demontage der für die Bauausführung erforderlichen Arbeits- und Schutzgerüste. Die Gerüststellung umfasst die Fassaden- und Dachbereiche des Bauvorhabens einschließlich erforderlicher Zugänge, Überbrückungen, Seitenschutz- und Schutzmaßnahmen. Die Gerüste sind entsprechend dem Bauablauf abschnittsweise vorzuhalten und an die jeweiligen Bauzustände anzupassen. Die Ausführung erfolgt bei laufendem Schulbetrieb. Während der Unterrichtszeiten sind erhöhte Anforderungen an die Baustellenorganisation sowie an die Begrenzung von Lärm- und Erschütterungseinwirkungen einzuhalten.
