Lots Lot 1 — Neubau Kreiskrankenhaus Alsfeld, Gerüstarbeiten, KKA: Die nachfolgend beschriebene Baumaßnahme stellt einen Krankenhaus Neubau als Ersatzneubau für das im Bestand befindliche, perspektivisch abzubrechende Kreiskrankenhaus Alsfeld dar. Der geplante Neubau ist ein Krankenhaus der Grundversorgung. Der Neubaukörper stellt sich als viergeschossiger Quader dar, dessen Obergeschosse zum Erdgeschoss versetzt sind. Im Überhang befindet sich der Haupteingang. Die notwendigen Technikzentralen werden eingerückt als untergeordnete Bauteile auf der Dachfläche des Baukörpers angeordnet. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Gerüstarbeiten. Die Leistung umfasst das Auf-, Um- und Abbauen sowie die Gebrauchsüberlassung von Gerüsten und Bühnen, die als Hilfskonstruktionen für die Ausführung von Bauarbeiten jeder Art benötigt werden. Die Gerüste und Bühnen umfassen einen Treppenturm, Gerüsttreppen unterschiedlicher Breiten, Überbrückungen von Schächten, Zugängen und Konsolen. Der Bauaufzug wird direkt am Gebäude montiert und wird bauseits durch das Gewerk Baulogistik aufgestellt und betrieben. Die Gerüste schließen lediglich seitlich an. Rollgerüste werden durch die einzelnen Gewerke eigenverantwortlich gestellt und betrieben.
