Bei den ausgeschriebenen Gerüstarbeiten handelt es sich um ca. 4.415 m2 Arbeits- und Schutzgerüst als Fassadengerüst für die Gewerke Rohbau, Dachabdichtungsarbeiten, PV-Anlage, Blitzschutz und Fenstermontage. Die drei zusammenhängenden einzurüstenden Bauteile des Gebäude haben eine Gesamt-Außenabmessungen von ca. 90m x 42m (Anbau ca. 8,5m x 33,50m). Die Attikahöhe beträgt ca. 8,50 m ab OK Schulhof und ca. 12,50 m ab OK Gelände. Die Gerüstarbeiten des Anbaus werden in zwei Bauabschnitte unterteilt.
