Am Groß-Berliner-Damm 59 in 12487 Berlin soll eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung für Flüchtlinge im Bestand hergerichtet werden. Unter anderem ist es vorgesehen die Sanitärinstallationen komplett zu erneuern. Die Sanierung erfolgt in einem leergezogenen Zustand. Es sind 26 Stränge mit ca. 128 Wohneinheiten zu sanieren. Eine Schadstoffsanierung ist bereits erfolgt. Die noch vorhandenen Sanitärobjekte werden demontiert und die Strangleitungen in den Schächten entfernt. Die neuen Sanitäranlagen werden entsprechend TrinkwVO neu errichtet. Hygienespüleinrichtungen werden vorgesehen. Brandschutzschottungen sind ebenfalls Bestandteil der Maßnahme. Die Baumaßnahme wird in mehreren Bauabschnitten durchgeführt. Zentrale Anlagenbereiche sind in teilen zu ertüchtigen. Küchenbereiche, Teeküchen, Gemeinschaftstoiletten und Waschräume sowie Mitarbeitertoiletten sind ebenfall sanitärtechnisch herzurichten.
