Lots Lot 1 — Teilneubau Heinrich-Grupe-Schule 37124 Rosdorf - Sanitärarbeiten Wasser Abwasser Toiletten Waschbecken Rohrleitungen: Teilneubau Heinrich-Grupe-Schule 37124 Rosdorf: Objektbeschreibung: Die Gemeinde Rosdorf wünscht die Heinrich-Grupe-Schule zu vergrößern, um Platz für insgesamt 400 Schüler zu bieten. Beim Planungsgrundstück handelt es sich um das Gelände der bestehenden Heinrich-Grupe-Grundschule im Ortskern der Gemeinde Rosdorf. Die Bestandsgebäude wurden in mehreren Abschnitten (von 1922 bis 2011) gebaut. Die Bestandsgebäude bestehen aus zwei Vollgeschossen (EG, OG) und sind teilunterkellert. Den oberen Abschluss bilden Satteldächer. Ziel der geplanten Maßnahmen ist eine zukunftsfähige barrierefreie Neuorganisation der HGS als vierzügige allgemeinbildende Schule im Ganztag. Der Neubau ist dreigeschossig und teilunterkellert. Der Baukörper wird in Massivbauweise errichtet und erhält eine Klinkerfassade mit Mineralwolledämmung. Die Geschossdecken werden als Stahlbetondecken ausgeführt und zum großen Teil mit Akustik- Abhangdecken versehen. Den oberen Abschluss bildet ein Flachdach. Der Altbau im Bereich des Neubaus wird im erstem Schritt schadstoffsaniert und teilweise abgebrochen. Dies ist Inhalt dieser Ausschreibung.
