Lots Lot 1 — SV-MBR-261103-003 - PRS: Neukonzeption Sauna Prinzregentenstadion, Sanitäranlagen: Kurzbeschreibung der Leistung: Im Zuge der Neukonzeption der Saunalandschaft im Prinzregentenstadion München werden die sanitärtechnischen Anlagen im 1. Obergeschoss erneuert. Die Leistungen umfassen die Demontage bestehender Sanitärinstallationen sowie die Neuerrichtung der Schmutz-, Regen- und Trinkwasseranlagen einschließlich Notentwässerung. Bestandteil der Leistung sind zudem Sanitäreinrichtungsgegenstände, Armaturen, Dämmungen, Brandschutzmaßnahmen, Prüfungen, Inbetriebnahme, Dokumentation sowie Werk- und Montageplanung. Die Ausführung erfolgt im Bestandsgebäude bei laufendem Betrieb angrenzender Gebäudebereiche.
