StMUK,GS,Dienstgeb.Salvatorstr.-2.BA Sanitaerarbeiten Maßnahmennummer: B13HE052890009 Gebäudesanierung des Bayerischen Staatsministerien für Bildung und Kultus, sowie Wissenschaft und Kunst. Teilbereiche im Erdgeschoss sind an Dritte, vermietet. Es handelt sich hierbei um verschiedene Läden, Cafés, das Dominikanerkonvent und eine Hausmeisterwohnung. Im Kellergeschoss des Gebäudes befindet sich die Tiefgarage mit 102 Stellplätzen. Darüber hinaus befinden sich im Kellergeschoss des Gebäudes eine nicht öffentliche Kantine mit Küche, Lager zu den erdgeschossigen Läden, technische Betriebsräume, sowie die Werkstatt der Hausmeister und weitere Nebenräume. Erneuerung von WC-Anlagen, einschl. Einrichtungsgegenstände und Erneuerung der Trinkwasserleitungen mit Anschluss an den Bestand Vorrüstung aus dem 1. BA.
