Lots Lot 1 — Sanierung Freibad Niederkrüchten - Heizung und Sanitär: Heizungs- und Sanitärtechnik für die Sanierung des Freibades in Niederkrüchten Die Gemeinde Niederkrüchten plant die Sanierung des Freibades Im Rahmen der Gesamtmaßnahme wird das bestehenden 50m-Betonbecken bauseits mit einer Edelstahl-Beckenauskleidung saniert, sowie das Kinderbecken komplett erneuert. Durch das Gewerk Heizung ist die komplette Wärmeerzeugung und -verteilung zu installieren. Für die Wärmeumpenanlagen ist die Wartung für 4 Jahre anzubieten. Im Bereich Sanitär sind die sanitären Einrichtungen komplett zu erneuern. In den Duschen und WCs sind Abluftventilatoren bis DN100 zu installieren. Grobmassen / Beschreibung der Beschaffung lx Sole-Wärmepumpe 77 kW, 2x Pool-Wärmepumpe 100 kW, 2x Pufferspeicher 2.000 L, Flexible Heizungsverteiler bis DN80, Umwälzpumpen Heizung.
