Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Sanitärarbeiten im 3. Bauabschnitt für den Umbau und die Erweiterung am St. Marien-Krankenhaus in Ahaus. Betroffen von den Baumaßnahmen sind folgende Unterabschnitte im Bauteil 400 auf dem Klinikgelände: 3.1 Kardiologie im Erdgeschoss 3.2 Zentral OP im 1. Obergeschoss 3.2 Technikzentrale im 1. Obergeschoss 1.4.2 Geriatrische Bettenstation im 2. Obergeschoss Die Baustelle liegt im Stadtbereich von 48683 Ahaus, Wüllener Straße 101. Die Bauarbeiten müssen im laufenden Klinikbetrieb durchgeführt werden.

Lots Lot 1 — KWM / St. Marien-Krankenhaus Ahaus, Umbau und Erweiterung: Sanitärtechnik 3.BA: Die Sanitärtechnik umfasst folgende Leistungen: • 150 m SML-Leitungen DN 70 - 125 (Regenentwässerung) • 130 m PP-Leitungen DN 50 - 125 (Schmutzwasser) • 260 m Edelstahlrohr DN 12 - 32 (Trinkwasser) • 15 Stück Sanitäre Einrichtungsgegenstände (einschl.
