Die Karl-Rehbein-Schule (KRS) nutzt bereits seit mehreren Jahren Räume der Pestalozzischule als Zweigstelle. Um Platz für die zukünftige Erweiterung der Grundschule zu schaffen, soll für die Oberstufe der Karl-Rehbein-Schule ein neues Gebäude auf einer Teilfläche des Fronhof-Areals errichtet werden. Das Gebäude "Haus des Handwerks" wurde im Zuge der geplanten Erweiterung der Karl-Rehbein-Schule vollständig zurückgebaut, um den Neubau zu realisieren. Leistungsumfang Sanitärinstallationsarbeiten: - Schmutzwasser Abflussrohr ca. 460 m; - Entlüftungshauben ca. 13 Stück; - Anschlüsse an Dacheinläufe ca. 17 Stück; - Regenwasser Abflussrohr ca. 280 m; - Bewässerungsleitung ca. 1.000 m; - WC-Anlagen ca. 16 Stück; - Waschtisch-Anlagen ca. 32 Stück; - elektronische Armaturen ca. 31 Stück; - elektronische Urinal-Anlagen ca. 7 Stück; - Beh.
