Im Bielefelder Stadtteil Sieker soll auf den Flurstücken 850 und 2457 eine neue, dreizügige Grundschule mit Mensa und Einfeld-Sporthalle, basierend auf dem "Bielefelder Modell", errichtet werden. Der Neubau der Grundschule Sieker besteht aus einer kleinteiligen Grundrissfigur mit drei Lernhäusern, die durch eine zentrale Halle verbunden werden. Die Grundrissaufteilung in Einzelgebäude ermöglicht den Erhalt von vielen Bestandsbäumen und die Gestaltung von vielfältigen Außenräumen. Gegenstand dieses Ausschreibungsverfahrens sind die Sanitärinstallationsarbeiten.

DN/OD 40- DN/OD 110 ca. 884 m mit dazugehörigen Bögen und Formstücken ---- Fettabscheider, Doppelpumpe für Fäkalienhaltiges Abwasser. -- Wasserversorgung: ---- Rohr Stahl Niro geschweißt TW AD 15 mm- 18 mm WD 1 mm ca. 799 m ---- Rohr Stahl Niro geschweißt TW AD 22 mm- 28 mm WD 1 mm ca. 684 m --- Rohr Stahl Niro geschweißt TW AD 35 mm- 42 mm WD 1 mm ca. 48 m mit dazugehörigen Bögen und Formstücken. Wärmedämmung für die o. g. Leitung. --- WC- Anlagen ca. 35 Stck. mit dazugehörigen Sanitärobjekten. --- Elektrodurchlauferhitzer Leistung von 3,5 - 27 KW. --- Grauwasseranlage Die Trinkwasserversorgung erfolgt über die zentrale Trinkwasserversorgung von der Oldentruper Straße aus. Das anfallende Schmutzwasser wird über den städtischen Schmutzwasserkanal, DN 500 mm, in der Oldentruper Straße abgeführt. Das Erdgeschoss liegt ca. 187 cm oberhalb der Rückstauebene. Das Schmutzwasser aus dem Untergeschoss wird über eine Hebeanlage außerhalb des Gebäudes über den Rückstau gehoben. Objekte des Küchenbereiches werden über einen Fettabscheider mit nachgeschaltetem Probeentnahme-Schacht abgeleitet. Regenwasser/Oberflächenwasser wird in den nahegelegenen Mühlenbach östlich des Baugrundstückes eingeleitet.
