Ausschreibung von Bauarbeiten im Dachbereich

Lots Lot 1 — Dachabdichtungs- und Klempnerarbeiten: Im Rahmen des Projekts „Junges Wohnen am Waidesgrund“ des Bauherrn Klinikum Fulda gAG werden die Dachabdichtungs- und Klempnerarbeiten im Rahmen einer europaweiten Ausschreibung im offenen Verfahren vergeben. Die Leistungen umfassen die Dacharbeiten an den drei Gebäudeteilen Haus A, B und C einschließlich des Verbindungstreppenhauses TRH Z mit insgesamt ca. 1.641 m² Dachfläche. Vorgesehen sind u. a. Kompaktdachaufbauten mit Wärmedämmung und Bitumenabdichtung, extensive Dachbegrünung und Kiesflächen, Attika- und Klempnerarbeiten, Dachentwässerung sowie Anschlüsse und Durchdringungen. Zusätzlich ist die Abdichtung der Tiefgaragendecke einschließlich aufgehender Wände auf einer Fläche von ca. 925 m² Bestandteil der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen.
