Ausgeschrieben sind Dachdeckerarbeiten für den Umbau- sowie Erweiterungsbau der Martin-Luther-Grundschule in Gronau an der Herzogstraße. Der Umfang der Arbeiten bezieht sich insbesondere auf den geplanten Erweiterungsbau. Die anzubietenden Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Flachdachabdichtung auf dem Neubaukörper, bestehend aus Dampfsperre, EPS-Grunddämmung, EPS-Gefälledämmung sowie 2-lagiger bituminöser Abklebung einschl. Ausführung des geplanten Gründaches. Darüber hinaus muss der Neubaukörper an den Bestandsbaukörper angebunden werden, hierzu muss eine neue Attikaaufkantung ausgebildet werden. Abschluss der Arbeiten ist die umlaufenden pulverbeschichtete Aluminium-Attikablende
