Details

Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen den Straßenbau zur Umgestaltung der Lemgoer Straße einschließlich der Herstellung von zwei Kreisverkehren. Im Zuge der Straßenbaumaßnahme werden der Schmutzwasserkanal (SW) und der Regenwasserkanal (RW) neu verlegt. Der bestehende Kanal wird teilweise ausgebaut und überwiegend verdämmt. Darüber hinaus ist die Verlegung einer Fernwärmeleitung vorgesehen. Bestehende Versorgungsleitungen werden im Zuge der Baumaßnahme teilweise umgelegt bzw. durch neue Leitungen ersetzt und ergänzt. Das Leistungsverzeichnis ist wie folgt gegliedert: Teil A - Baustelleneinrichtung und Verkehrssicherung Teil B - Kanalbau Teil C- Straßenbau Teil D - Vegetationsflächen Teil E - Arbeiten für Stadtwerke Detmold Teil F - Arbeiten in der Georgstraße für Stadtwerke Detmold Bei der Preisbildung ist der Teil A gesondert zu behandeln, die Gemeinkosten sind getrennt zu berechnen und dann jeweils innerhalb der Teile B bis E verteilen. Den Auftrag für die Baumaßnahme erhält derjenige Bieter, der das insgesamt wirtschaftlichste Angebot über alle 6 Teile abgegeben hat. Auftraggeber für die Teile A - D ist die Stadt Detmold, für den Teil E u. F die Stadtwerke Detmold. Fertigstellung innerhalb von 450 Werktagen.
