Die Ausschreibung umfasst den Ausbau des Frankenschnellwegs von der Anschlussstelle Nürnberg/Fürth bis zur Anschlussstelle Nürnberg-Westring (Jansenbrücke) auf einer Länge von rd. 2 km. Die Ausschreibung umfasst Straßen- und Ingenieurbauarbeiten und ist in drei Lose unterteilt: Los 1, Straßenbau: Komplette Erneuerung des Fahrbahnaufbaus (Vollausbau) und der Straßenentwässerung. Los 2, Ingenieurbau: Bau von bis zu 8,0 m hohen, gebogenen Lärmschutzwänden beiderseits des Frankenschnellwegs mit einer Länge von ca. 1,1 km je Fahrtrichtung, Bau von geraden Lärmschutzwänden auf der Jansenbrücke, Ertüchtigung der südlichen Ausfahrtsrampe der Jansenbrücke, Errichtung zweier Verkehrszeichenbrücken. Los 3, Ersatzneubau Brücke über die Sigmundstraße: Erneuerung des Brückenbauwerks über die Sigmundstraße (Sigmundbrücke) als integrales Stahlverbundbauwerk.
