Lots Lot 1 — Grundhafte Erneuerung der Gutenbergstraße in Gießen, 1. BA - 66.26.039 -: Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die grundhafte Erneuerung der Gutenbergstraße in Gießen (zwischen Grünberger Straße und Nahrungsberg) als Gemeinschaftsmaßnahme des Tiefbauamtes der Stadt Gießen, der Stadtwerke Gießen, der Mittelhessischen Wasserbetriebe und des Ordnungsamtes. Die zu erbringenden Leistungen umfassen im Wesentlichen: 1. Straßenbau (Tiefbauamt): • Grundhafter Ausbau der Fahrbahn in Asphaltbauweise • Erneuerung der Gehwege in Pflasterbauweise. • Neuaufteilung des Straßenraumes inkl. Optimierung des Bordsteinverlaufs zur Schaffung von Park- und Grünflächen. • Barrierefreier Ausbau der Einmündungsbereiche (Grünberger Straße und Nahrungsberg). 2. Kanalbauarbeiten (MWB): • Offene Bauweise: Rückbau und Neuverlegung von Regenwasserkanal und Reparaturen am Schmutzwasserkanal. • Geschlossene Bauweise: Kanalsanierung mittels GFK-Liner 3. Leitungsbauarbeiten (Stadtwerke Gießen): • Verlegung von Versorgungsleitungen im Ausbaubereich, Fernwärme, Wasserhauptrohr, Gashauptrohr sowie Microverbundrohre und Fernmeldekabel. • Verlegung von Strom- und Straßenbeleuchtungskabeln. • Erneuerung der Hausanschlüsse (Gas, Wasser, Strom). 4. Verkehrstechnik (Ordnungsamt): • Erneuerung von zwei Peitschenmasten inkl. Fundamenten.“
