Ziel des vorliegenden Auftrages ist es, Erfolgsfaktoren und Herausforderungen der Implementierung der neuen bundeseinheitlichen generalistischen Pflegefachassis-tenzausbildung sowie relevante Outputindikatoren zu untersuchen (z.B. Ausbil-dungserfolg und die Bindung der Auszubildenden an die ausbildenden Einrichtungen bzw. das Berufsfeld). Damit soll der Auftrag zum Verständnis und zum Erfolg des Ein-führungsprozesses beitragen.
Lots Lot 1 — Begleitforschung Pflegefachassistenz: Ziel des vorliegenden Auftrages ist es, Erfolgsfaktoren und Herausforderungen der Implementierung der neuen bundeseinheitlichen generalistischen Pflegefachassistenzausbildung sowie relevante Outputindikatoren zu untersuchen (z.B.
