Die Feuerwehr Dormagen beabsichtigt, zur Verwendung im Rettungsdienst einen Rettungswagen (im folgenden RTW) Typ C zu beschaffen. Die Rechnungsstellung für das Fahrzeug kann aus haushaltstechnischen Gründen erst im Jahr 2028 erfolgen. Dem zu Grunde liegend ergänzen die im Folgenden ausgeführten Vorbemerkungen die Allgemeinen und besonderen Geschäftsbedingungen der Stadt Dormagen sowie die Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Leistungen Teil B VOL NRW und werden als Bestandteil des Auftrages vom Auftragnehmer anerkannt. Zum Zeitpunkt der Auslieferung muss das Fahrzeug dem neuesten Stand der Technik entsprechen. Im Leistungsverzeichnis aufgeführte Normen sind über den Beuth Verlag im Volltext erhältlich.
