Lieferung von 2 Schwerlast -Rettungstransportwagen (RTW) zum Auf- und Ausbau mit Wechselkoffersystem für den Eigenbetrieb Rettungsdienst des Landkreis Vorpommern-Greifswald
Lots Lot 1 — Lieferung von 2 Schwerlast-RTW zum Auf- uns Ausbau mit Wechselkoffersystem für den Rettungsdienst: a) Es werden 2 gleiche Basisfahrzeuge mit dem Auf- und Ausbau als Krankentransportwagen Typ C nach den aktuellen DIN-Normen (DIN EN 1789, DIN 13500 und DIN 1865-5) öffentlich ausgeschrieben. Das Fahrgestell, der Wechselkofferaufbau und die Ausstattung sind für alle Fahrzeuge identisch. Die Wechselkoffermodule sind für mind. 2 Fahrgestellwechsel - nach jeweils ca. 7 Jahren - auszulegen. Es muss die Möglichkeit bestehen, die Wechselkoffermodule auf ein baugleiches Fahrgestell und auf ein bauähnliches Fahrgestell (z.B. Fahrgestell neuerer Bauart/Generation mit neuen Anbindungspunkten/Aufnahmepunkten für den Wechselkoffer) umsetzen zu können. Weiterhin müssen Patienten mit einem Gewicht bis 500kg transportiert werden können. Zusätzlich sind die Fahrzeuge für einen Einsatz im Telenotarztbetrieb vorzurüsten. b) Die gültigen EG-Richtlinien zur EMV (elektromagnetischen Verträglichkeit) elektrischer und elektronischer Betriebsmittel sind einzuhalten, wenn sie auf Baugruppen, Bauteile und das Gesamtprodukt zutreffend sind. c) Die Fahrzeuge müssen zum Zeitpunkt der Auslieferung der StVZO, der DIN EN 1789, der DIN EN 55025, der DIN EN 60601 und den sonstigen anerkannten Regeln der Technik entsprechen, ferner den nach nationalem Recht gültigen ECE-Regelungen, den Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und den sonstigen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. d) Die Fahrzeuge sind vollgetankt an den Auftraggeber zu übergeben. e) Zur Übernahme durch den Auftraggeber müssen alle erforderlichen Unterlagen, Abnahmeprotokolle und technischen Dokumentationen vorliegen. Sie sind dem Auftraggeber auszuhändigen. Bei Übergabe erfolgt eine Übergabeinspektion. Es wird ein Abnahmeprotokoll pro Fahrzeug erstellt.
