Wartung und Instandhaltung von zwei Blockheizkraftwerken (BHKW) Die Universität Göttingen betreibt zwei baugleiche erdgasbefeuerte Blockheizkraftwerke mit einer Feuerungswärmeleistung von ca. 4,6 MW. Die BHKW - Anlagen wurden baugleich ausgeführt und jeweils in einem neu errichteten Gebäude in Betonbauweise aufgestellt. Die Blockheizkraftwerke bestehen jeweils aus einem erdgas-befeuerten BHKW - Modul mit nachgeschaltetem Abgaswärmetauscher Fabrikat / Typ: Jenbacher JMS 612 GS-N.L J Y568 & JMS 612 GS-N.L J Y562 sowie den für den Betrieb erforderlichen Nebeneinrichtungen. Hierzu zählen insbesondere die Anbindung in den Vor- und Rücklauf der bestehenden Wärmenetze, Schornsteinanlage, MS -und NS-Anlage sowie Generatorset mit Jenbacher Modulsteuerung (Diane) für Überwachung und Fernzugriff (s. Anlage 2 LV Diane). Der Zugang zur Modulsteuerung (Diane) muss bei Fa. Jenbacher beantragt und käuflich erworben werden. Für die erforderlichen Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen (Inspektion und Wartung) ist eine Vollwartung jeweils für den Zeitraum ab 01.01.2027 bis zum Ablauf der Gewährleistung nach der 30.000h Überholung für die gesamte Anlage (für die BHKW-Anlagen und für alle Nebenanlagen) direkt durch den jeweiligen Hersteller oder einen von diesem anerkannten Wartungsdienst gemäß den jeweiligen Herstellerstandards vorzusehen. Die Preisermittlung muss auf der Basis des beigefügten Vertragsmuster Wartung und Inspektion sowie der Anlage LV Tabelle Instandhaltung erfolgen, die Vertragsbestandteil werden. Die Schnittstellen für die Wartung ist der Prinzipdarstellung der Anlage Vertrag, zu entnehmen. Für das BHKW ist dabei von einer durchschnittlichen jährlichen Betriebsdauer von 4.000 Bh/Jahr auszugehen.
