Details

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Wartung und Reinigung von raumlufttechnischen An-lagen und Kälteanlagen und deren Einrichtungen und Geräte in den Gebäudeteilen der Hamburger Kunsthalle am Glockengießerwall. Bei den ausgeschriebenen Leistungen handelt es sich um Funktions- und hygieneerhaltende Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten. Folgende Leistungen werden gemäß DIN 31051, VDMA 24186, AMEV KG 430 und VDI 6022, für die hygienische Wartung und orientierende Untersuchung, in der aktuellen Fassung vereinbart: - Wartung - Inspektion - Instandsetzung nach Abstimmung und zusätzlicher Beauftragung (Kleinreparaturen). Zur Leistungsbeschreibung wird auch auf das Leistungsverzeichnis (Anlage 5) verwiesen. Wartungsleistungen für das Museum „Hamburger Kunsthalle“. Stufe 1: zweijährige Wartung für die Jahre 2027 - 2028 Stufe 2: einjährige Verlängerung für das Jahr 2029 Stufe 3: einjährige Verlängerung für das Jahr 2030
