Das Universitätsklinikum Münster hatte für Umzugsdienstleistungen eine Rahmenvereinbarung abgeschlossen, die im Jahr 2025 in Kraft getreten ist. Aufgrund eines deutlich höheren Leistungsbedarfs als ursprünglich prognostiziert, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit umfangreichen baulichen Maßnahmen und den damit verbundenen Umzugsprojekten, wurde das vereinbarte Auftragsvolumen vorzeitig ausgeschöpft.

Lots Lot 1 — Standardumzüge ohne Gefahrgut nach ADR: Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss einer neuen Rahmenvereinbarung über Umzugsdienstleistungen für die kommenden Jahre. Die Rahmenvereinbarung umfasst projektbezogene Umzüge sowie sämtliche weiteren im laufenden Klinikbetrieb anfallenden Umzugsleistungen. Hierzu gehören insbesondere Stations-, Büro-, Labor- und Mitarbeiterumzüge innerhalb der Liegenschaften des Auftraggebers sowie (je nach Los) Gefahrguttransporte und sonstige Spezialtransporte. Der Vertrag beginnt nach Abschluss des Vergabeverfahrens, also Zuschlagserteilung.
