Der Zweckverband Abfallwirtschaft Region Trier (A.R.T.) betreibt u. a. mehrere Sickerwasserreinigungsanlagen zur Reinigung des anfallenden Deponiesickerwassers. Die Aktivkohlestufen der Sickerwasserreinigungsanlagen sind nach Bedarf und auf Anforderung des Auftraggebers mit reaktivierter Aktivkohle auszustatten. Ausschreibungsgegenstand ist insbesondere die ordnungsgemäße Lieferung und Einbringung der Aktivkohle, die Abholung und Reaktivierung der beladenen, vom Auftragnehmer gelieferten Kohle inkl. Wechsellogistik mit Auftragnehmer eigenem Personal sowie der vollständige Austrag und Abtransport der vom Auftragnehmer gelieferten Aktivkohle aus den von ihm befüllten Adsorbern.
