Lots Lot 1 — Übernahme, Sortierung und Verwertung des kommunalen Anteils der Dortmunder Wertstofftonne (DWT): Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Übernahme, Sortierung und Verwertung des kommunalen Anteils der Dortmunder Wertstofftonne (DWT) im Sammelgebiet der Stadt Dortmund (Gebietsschlüssel NW013). Der kommunale Anteil beträgt gemäß der zwischen der DOWERT Dortmunder Wertstoff GmbH (DOWERT) und den Systembetreibern getroffenen Aufteilung rd. 18 % des DWT-Gesamtinputs (kommunales Pflichtgeschäft) und ist gemäß den Vorgaben des Verpackungs-recht-Durchführungsgesetzes (VerpackDG) zu sortieren. Die auszuschreibende Leistung umfasst insbesondere: - die Übernahme der kommunalen Wertstoffmenge an der Übernahmestelle des Auftraggebers, - den Transport zur Sortieranlage des Auftragnehmers, - die Sortierung der übernommenen Wertstoffe einschließlich der Sortierresteentsorgung, - die Verwertung der sortierten Einzelfraktionen einschließlich der hierfür erforderlichen Transporte, wobei erzielbare Erlöse (z. B. für Fe-Metalle) dem Angebotspreis zugutekommen, - den Umgang mit Getränkeverbunden (FKN) nach Maßgabe des VerpackDG und den Prüfleitlinien Mengenstromnachweis der ZSVR, - das vollständige Nachweiswesen für die vertragsgegenständlichen Mengen.
