Details

Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Gestellung von Containern für die Erfassung von Altholz I-IV, Metallschrott, Bauschutt, Kunststoff und Flachglas auf Wertstoffhöfen des Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreises, sowie bezüglich Metallschrott, Kunststoff und Altholz IV gegebenenfalls - im Falle der Ausübung des Optionsrechts durch den Auftraggeber - auf bestimmten Betriebshöfen kreisangehöriger Städte. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist zudem der Transport der Container sowie die Verwertung der Abfälle. Hinsichtlich der Einzelheiten wird auf die Angaben zu den 5 Losen und die Leistungsbeschreibung (insbesondere Kapitel I Ziff. 2.2 und Kapitel II) verwiesen.

Lots Lot 1 — Los 1: Altholz I-III, Altholz IV: Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Gestellung von getrennten Containern zur Erfassung von Altholz I-III und Altholz IV auf den Wertstoffhöfen des Kreises in Witten und Gevelsberg, sowie gegebenenfalls im Falle der Ausübung des Optionsrechts durch den Auftraggeber die Gestellung eines Containers für Altholz IV auf dem Betriebshof der Stadt Schwelm. Zudem ist Gegenstand der Leistung der Transport der Container und die Verwertung der Abfälle. Lot 2 — Los 2: Bauschutt: Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Gestellung von Containern zur Erfassung von Bauschutt auf den Wertstoffhöfen des Kreises in Witten und Gevelsberg. Zudem ist Gegenstand der Leistung der Transport der Container und die Verwertung der Abfälle. Lot 3 — Los 3: Metallschrott: Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Gestellung von Containern zur Erfassung von Metallschrott auf den Wertstoffhöfen des Kreises in Witten und Gevelsberg, sowie gegebenenfalls im Falle der Ausübung des Optionsrechts (s.u.) durch den AG auf den Betriebshöfen der kreisangehörigen Städte Hattingen, Herdecke, Schwelm und Wetter. Zudem ist Gegenstand der Leistung der Transport der Container und die Verwertung der Abfälle. Lot 4 — Los 4: Kunststoff: Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Gestellung von Containern zur Erfassung von Kunststoff auf den Wertstoffhöfen des Kreises in Witten und Gevelsberg, sowie gegebenenfalls im Falle der Ausübung des Optionsrechts (s.u.) durch den AG auf den Betriebshöfen der kreisangehörigen Städte Hattingen, Herdecke, Schwelm und Wetter. Zudem ist Gegenstand der Leistung der Transport der Container und die Verwertung der Abfälle. Lot 5 — Los 5: Flachglas: Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Gestellung von Containern zur Erfassung von Flachglas auf den Wertstoffhöfen des Kreises in Witten und Gevelsberg. Zudem ist Gegenstand der Leistung der Transport der Container und die Verwertung der Abfälle.
