Lots Lot 1 — Sanierung/Modernisierung der Geschäftsstelle Stüvestraße in Osnabrück: Gegenstand der Gesamtbaumaßnahme ist die Sanierung der Geschäftsstelle der ITEBO GmbH, Stüvestraße in Osnabrück. Vorliegend wird in diesem Zusammenhang die Schadstoffsanierung vergeben; insbesondere: - Entkernung und Schadstoffsanierungsarbeiten im Bestandsgebäude, einschließlich Ausbau und fachgerechter Entsorgung schadstoffbelasteter Bauteile aus Asbest und KMF sowie erforderlicher Schutz-, Abschottungs- und Unterdruckmaßnahmen; - Rückbau von asbesthaltigem Kleber von ca. 900 Fußbodenstempel, ca. 1750 m2 mit KMF-belasteter Dämmung, belegte Rasterdecken, Systemdecken sowie Lamellendecken, ca. 1500 m2 KMF-belastete Trockenbau- und Systemwände. - Die Arbeiten umfassen zudem den Abtransport und die fachgerechte Entsorgung. - Vor Arbeitsbeginn sind die Sachkundenachweise gemäß TRGS vorzulegen.
