Details

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Bauleistungen für die barrierefreie Erneuerung und Modernisierung des Verkehrsbahnhofs Eiserfeld (Sieg). Die Maßnahme umfasst insbesondere den Ersatzneubau der Personenunterführung einschließlich Treppenanlagen, den Neubau einer barrierefreien Rampenanlage und einer Aufzugsanlage, die Erneuerung von Bahnsteiganlagen einschließlich Bahnsteigbelägen, Bahnsteigausstattung und Wetterschutzhäusern, die Herstellung von Entwässerungsanlagen sowie umfangreiche Kabeltiefbau- und Elektrotechnikarbeiten. Weiterhin sind mehrere Gleisquerungen im Rohrvortriebsverfahren, Oberbauarbeiten im Gleisbereich sowie Kampfmittelsondierungen Bestandteil des Auftrags. Die wesentlichen Mengen umfassen: • ca. 2.300 m³ Baugrubenaushub, • ca. 470 m³ Stahlbeton- und Ingenieurbauleistungen, • ca. 270 m² Spundwandverbau, • ca. 620 m² Neubau Bahnsteigpflasterflächen, • ca. 320 m Anpassung und Wiedereinbau vorhandener Bahnsteigkanten, • ca. 2.000 m Kabelschutzrohrtrassen, • Neubau von 2 Wetterschutzhäusern, • Herstellung von 3 Gleisquerungen mittels Rohrvortriebsverfahren, • Oberbauarbeiten einschließlich Weichenumbauten und Gleisanpassungen, • ca. 350 Kampfmittelsondierungen sowie zugehörige Räum- und Dokumentationsleistungen.
